The first 8-9 years we operate from our chancellery (home office) and coworking spaces and meet once a week on our OSHA network. The chancellery is open 24 hours and also have duty officers that live on site. All correspondences will be handled by our EPO mail center where users can send private or public email to our central processing center and also access additional services.
The field office will open with a staff of 150 employees that handle a range of duties to include bridge reports, red notices, baus inspections, fraud investigations, NARC, enlistments, employee terminations and escort service, yellow cards, biometrics, and restrictions.
The central office will open with a staff of 1,400 employees that handle a range of duties to include magistrate service, escalations, accounting, taxation, sales/marketing, liaison support, MIS, payroll, contracting, policy development, and administrative action.
The regional office will open with a staff of 1,600 employees that handle a range of duties to include employee screening, grievances, EPO services and central processing, mink card benefits and memberships, general accounting, housing referrals, and relocation services.
The housing office maintains tenant records (i.e. leases, forbearance, partials, occupancy notices, lease extensions, voucher assistance, SLA benefits, rental credit, and judicial proceedings), housing applications, HARP memberships (record portal), and TSI filings.
