Pricing

Fixed fees include membership fees, annual resource fees, and registration fees to maintain a certain level of comfort and usage. And annual resource fees are only added to relief services that are exclusively free.

 Variable pricing is placed under judicial review twice a year by the discretionary review board to factor in charitable support and aid and any additional fees outside of what is required by law is optional such as donations and relief funds.
